Topic:
A town where it is always night, and the residents must find a way to bring back the sun.
Submission Guidelines:
-Fill the Form to be a part of it (its the most important part)
- Word Limit: 7,000 to 10,000 words.
-Timeline:
- Competition Announcement: March 18, 2024.
- Submission Deadline: 10th April (23 days)
- Judging Period: 2 weeks
- Winner Announcement: 25th April (but it can change according to the number of submissions.)

Publication:
The top 5 stories will be selected for publication in Bringing Back the Sun only on Amazon Kdp.
Judging Criteria we'll be following:
1. Creativity and Originality: How unique and innovative is the story idea?
2. Writing Style: The quality of writing, including grammar, style, and structure.
3. Character Development: Are the characters well-developed and relatable?
4. Plot Development: How well does the story unfold and maintain the reader's interest?
5. Theme Exploration: How effectively does the story explore the theme of bringing back the sun in a town that's always night?
Rules:
1. Eligibility: The competition is open to writers of all ages and backgrounds
2. Original Work: Submissions must be original and unpublished works. Plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification.
3. Formatting: Submissions must be in English and formatted as a Word document or PDF. Use standard formatting (12-point Times New Roman, double-spaced).
4. Submission Limit: Each participant may submit only one entry.
5. Submissions: To ensure impartial judging, please do not include your name or any identifying information on the document. Include only the title of your story except for you email id.
6. Copyright: By submitting your work, you grant permission for it to be published on the competition website and associated platforms. However, you retain all other rights to your work.
7. Judges' Decision: All decisions made by the judges are final and binding.
8. Disqualification: Entries that do not adhere to the guidelines or contain inappropriate content will be disqualified.
9. Notification: Winners will be notified via email and announced on the competition website.
10. Prize Acceptance: Winners must respond to the prize notification email within 7 days to claim their prize. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.
11. Publication Rights: By accepting the prize, winners agree to grant non-exclusive publication rights to the competition organizers for the purpose of publishing the winning stories.
12. Disqualification of Judges: Any judge who has a personal or professional relationship with a participant must recuse themselves from judging that participant's entry.
13. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the competition. Any harassment or misconduct will result in immediate disqualification.
14. No AI use: Participants are not allowed to use any artificial intelligence or automated writing tools in the creation of their submissions. All entries must be the original work of the participant without the use of AI-generated content.
